First Class are taking part in the Incredible Edibles Project this year. The aim of this project is to communicate the importance of food origin and of eating Irish potatoes, fruit and vegetables for a healthy diet. We were very busy this month planting our seeds and watering the soil. We are looking forward to taking care of our plants and watching them grow!
