PLANTS NEED FOOD AND WATER TO GROW.
We bought four plants from the garden centre and labelled them.
Pot 1 : this pot gets lots of sunlight and water.
Pot 2: this flower doesn't get any water .
Pot 3 : this pot is covered in black plastic and gets plenty of water.
Pot 4 : we cut the tips off flower 4 to show how water travels from root to tips.
Results : The flower in pot 1 was the only flower to survive.
