Treasurer’s Report
- AIB Account €1125.75 as of the 1st of May. €498.69 withdrawn for the boys and girls confirmation. €50 withdrawn for the parents disco.
Matters Arising

Girls Board of Management

The September 2011 Junior Infant meeting for parents to be held 12th May 2011.

The Girls National Choir event to be held on the 30th of May 2011.

The award of the 5th green flag was announced to the school. The flag will be officially raised on garden day. This was a great achievement for the school. The standard to achieve this flag was that of secondary school rank. Congratulations and thank you to all involved.

Garden day will be on the 3rd of June 2011.

- Meeting to be held on the 23rd of May 2011.

Tea Committee
- Logistics and volunteers discussed for the boys and girls communion. 1st class response for volunteering is slow. Teas and coffees to be held in the parish centre. The treats for the boys and girls choir is arranged.
